Forecast: Light snow, 25 degrees (Feels like 16), 45 percent chance of precipitation, Wind: SSE at 7 mph

On the Line: Wartburg wrapped up a share of the Iowa Conference title and the league’s automatic playoff bid with a win last week. Now, it looks for a second straight outright championship and the fourth undefeated, untied regular season in program history. Loras has already surpassed its win total from the last three years. A shocking win Saturday would give it immense momentum heading into the offseason.

Last Year: Wartburg was in cruise countrol, out-gaining the Duhawks 487-142 en route to a 59-3 win that clinched the Iowa Conference title and a playoff spot on the final day of the regular season.

Last Week: The Knights pulled away from a 7-7 first-quarter tie for a convincing 41-10 victory at Simpson. Loras held Luther’s triple option to 100 yards below its average in a 22-20 triumph.

The Series: Wartburg leads, 24-6

2014 Season: Wartburg — at Augsburg (W 40-3), No. 7 Bethel (W 31-14), Wis.-Stout (W 45-14), at Central (W 35-14), at Coe (W 43-0), Dubuque (W 42-9), Luther (W 52-7), at Buena Vista (W 43-24), at Simpson (W 41-10), Loras (Nov. 15)

Loras — Elmhurst (W 39-17), at Wis.-Stout (L 17-21), at Augustana (L 17-34), at Coe (L 10-36), Buena Vista (L 29-48), at Central (L 14-41), at Simpson (W 27-24), Dubuque (L 7-34), Luther (W 22-20), at No. 5 Wartburg (Nov. 15)

Impact Players

Logan Pitz and Spencer Capitani have combined for 18 pass breakups and an interception at cornerback this season and will be busy with a Loras offense that throws the ball 45 times a game, but has thrown 17 interceptions, the most in the conference. On a cold, snowy day, look for Brandon Domeyer to get plenty of work running behind a powerful offensive line.
