Homecoming is right around the corner for the Knights, and its annual variety show, known as Kastle Kapers, is creating a buzz.
Auditions for the show have seen a larger turnout than many past years. There were originally two audition times, each two and a half hours long, but the committee in charge decided to add an additional 9 audition spots to please the overwhelming number of students wanting to showcase their talents.
Kastle Kapers Planning Committee member Brooke Lentz said they aren’t sure exactly why there has been such an interest this year.
“I honestly don’t know,” said Lentz. “I think it maybe could be that people really wanted to do it last year, didn’t have a chance, and know a little bit more about it. It’s really exciting.”
The show will take place on October 18th and 19th in Neumann Auditorium.
